In that capacity Annette helps Ventris Management Group and BEAT LLC stay committed to taking a leadership role in the community we live in.Annette also manages her own real estate investments and serves as the Property Management Principal. Making sure the company makes sound profitable investments.
Previous to her involvement in real estate and investments, Annette’s passion is dentistry. Annette is licensed through the State of Texas as a Registered Dental Assistant. She served in the dental community for over 12 years assisting in general dentistry, periodontal, and orthodontic field. Eventually making her way up the corporate ladder to co-head the insurance capitation department.
Annette served on the Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation from 2011-2015. Where she actively participated in helping raise over 3 million dollars, as well as bringing awareness of this genetic disease.
Annette has also been involved in the LULAC Scholarship Campaign. She presided on Jon Gary Herrera Rey Feo LXVII Court as the 2015 Historian for Fiesta. In that time helped raised over $204,000 to support scholarships in our community.
Annette was a member of the Lo Bello Women’s Association. It gave her great pride and honor to give back to the community in support of education through the ‘La Reina Linda’ sisterhood involvement.
Her greatest accomplishment yet, is being a mother to her 16 year old daughter, Courtland Flores. Annette is extremely involved in supporting Courtland’s education and extracurricular activities to include soccer, volleyball, golf, and cheerleading.
