Lani Gil is the Assistant Orchestra Director at Alamo Heights Junior School. Lani was born and raised in San Antonio and is a graduate of Winston Churchill High School. She started playing violin at age 10 through the strings program with NEISD. She has a Bachelor of Music Education from Texas State University and is a Suzuki-certified teacher who runs a private studio in her home.
