Alyssa Requejo currently serves as The Orchestra San Antonio’s Ascend Site Coordinator, where she is dedicated to enriching the experiences of students and school administrators alike. Her goal is to create a positive and meaningful impact on everyone involved in the Ascend program.
Alyssa began her journey with the Classical Music Institute, and now The Orchestra San Antonio, as the Development and Community Relations Intern, supporting Ascend’s fundraising initiatives as well as operations and reporting for the 210 Festival Concert Series and Youth Program. This experience sparked a deep passion for education and nonprofit work, inspiring her to pursue future graduate studies in organizational development and leadership.
She is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at the University of the Incarnate Word, with graduation anticipated in May. Through her studies, Alyssa is strengthening her leadership abilities and gaining valuable insight into helping organizations thrive through effective management practices.
